  • Legal requirements: When required by law, court order, or to protect our rights, property, or safety
  • Business transfers: In connection with a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets, where the acquiring party agrees to honor this policy

4. Data Retention

We retain personal information for as long as necessary to fulfill the purposes described in this policy, comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce our agreements. Contact form submissions are retained for up to 2 years. Project-related data is retained for the duration of the engagement and up to 7 years thereafter for legal and accounting purposes.

Our website uses Microsoft Clarity to collect behavioral analytics data including mouse movements, clicks, and page interactions. This helps us improve website usability.
